The Online Team Stores will open on August 17th and remain open until November 16th.
To guarantee delivery before the Christmas break, all orders must be placed by November 15th at 11:59 PM.
After the holidays, stores will reopen on January 11th and stay open until January 31st. This will be the final ordering window until the fall season.

Made-to-Order Process
All items are custom-made and added to our production queue once your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Busy Season Delays
From September through December, high volumes may lead to longer turnaround times. Your patience during this period is appreciated.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within two weeks of being placed.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Please review our [policies page] for full details.
Production Timelines
Standard Apparel Orders
Estimated production time is 5–6 weeks. If any delays occur, we’ll notify you by phone or email. You can also check our “Online Order Information” page for updates.
Sublimated Items (Jerseys, Pant Shells, Socks, Shirts)
Estimated production time is 6–7 weeks from the order date.
