Delivery Timelines
Most online stores will open for purchases on August 23rd. If your store does not open on that date, please check the information posted at the top of your store page or contact your association directly.
Please Note that:
- Cancellations will NOT be accepted after two weeks from the order placement date. No exceptions.
- Returns only accepted if the product are incorrect or damaged.
- Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
Christmas Order Deadline
To guarantee your order is completed in time for Christmas, orders must be placed during Period #5 (October 25th – November 14th).
Any orders placed after November 14th will not be eligible for Christmas delivery or pickup. Due to production timelines and holiday closures, we will not be accepting any further orders for Christmas completion after this date.

Beavers Hockey Club Team Store Dates & Deadlines
All Beavers Hockey Club orders will be completed between September 4th–6th.
All orders will be picked up together by the organization. Please do not select or pay for shipping, as orders will not be shipped. If you have already paid for shipping, please contact us to arrange a refund.
