Order Pricing, Sizing, and Shipping
- All prices are listed in Canadian Funds.
- We do not accept exchanges or returns on personalized product.
- Sizing samples for all apparel is available to try on at The Hockey Shop.
- We are unable to check on the completion level of your order prior to the estimated completion deadline.
- We batch orders with others from your group or association to be able to give you our Team Exclusive Pricing. Below are the dates and deadlines that our team follows to process the online custom orders. Our completion dates vary based on the time of year.
- You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup or ready to ship out. Within British Columbia, orders are delivered to their destination within 1 to 2 business days. We ship via UPS and Purolator. **Timelines can fluctuate based on the time of year. We have no control over packages once they are received by our shipping partners.

If your order is further along in our production queue, our Sales team will do our best to ensure you are looked after.
CSSHL | CCM Preferred Pricing Program
A friendly reminder: This offer is reserved specifically for currently registered CSSHL student athletes, and /or member program-rostered players. We kindly ask that friends and family refrain from placing orders during this window so we can keep the program focused on our active student athletes.
CSSHL CCM Partnership order process questions
Why the order windows?
The order windows have been designed to offer our student athletes the opportunity to purchase CCM products throughout the season, at a negotiated rate exclusively for CSSHL registered players. The reason for the order window process is to ensure inventory management with the designated CCM approved retailer in each of the regions where our member programs are based.
Can I use the CSSHL pricing for purchases in-store?
No. To take advantage of the CSSHL preferred pricing, any items purchased under the CSSHL | CCM partnership must be placed through the order windows, and no walk-in purchases can be made at local retailers.
How do I place an order?
Submit your order though the CCM Online Team Store on the link provided.
How do I place a custom order?
For Player orders, please email teamsales@thehockeyshop.com. For Goalie orders, please email goalies@thehockeyshop.com Delivery dates will be confirmed once order is placed.
Are there limits to how many products I can purchase?
June 15-June 30 order window product limits are as follows:
- Skates – 1 pair
- Sticks – 5 sticks
- Goalie – 1 Kit (Pads, Glove, Blocker)
How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Orders will be ready for pick-up within 10 - 14 business days of order submission.
Where will my order be delivered?
- Orders will be delivered to The Hockey Shop, Source for Sports in Langley.
- Shipping charges will be incurred for any order that requires shipping to a different location.
What happens if the product is out of stock?
- Orders are subject to availability. We will reach out to you if there are any order delays or stock outs.
- Select Stick models will only be available to order during the Fall window (Aug/Sept) due to product launches and availability.
When will the next order window be?
Order window #2 is tentatively scheduled for August in advance of the 2026/27 season. We will be communicating with you in the coming weeks once the order window dates have been finalized.
