We accept returns on non-personalized items within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the items must meet one of the following conditions:
- The item is incorrect.
- The item arrived damaged.
Please note: Items with personalization cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Starting the Return Process
To begin, email us at teamsales@thehockeyshop.com with the following information:
- A description of the issue (damaged or incorrect).
- Supporting images of the item(s).
Return Methods
- Shipped Orders: If your order was shipped, we will provide a return shipping label via email.
- In-Store Pickups: If your order was picked up in-store, you may return the items by bringing them back to the store.
- Unable to Return In-Store: If you cannot return the items in person, we can send you a return shipping label. However, this may result in a shipping fee.
Refund or Replacement Options
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), you will have two options:
- A refund issued to the original payment method.
- A replacement item created for you.
Exchanges Policy
We are able to offer exchanges - Although, each item is created specifically for your order so there may be a wait time to have your item exchanged. It's always best to come in and try on items before purchasing.
Cancellations Policy
Orders may be cancelled within two weeks of the placement date. After this period, orders will have entered the production queue, and no further adjustments or cancellations can be made.
