Our Team Sales crew shares the important details and finds the best fit for your needs. This is where we go back and forth on mockups and pricing until everything is right.

Order Form
Fill out the order form
Download our order form and follow the instructions to enter your roster, sizes and quantities. Email the completed form to teamsales@thehockeyshop.com.

Payment & Production
Sign off and pay your deposit
Once everything is finalized and we receive your signed-off order form, we require a 50% deposit. Then production begins!

Pick up your order
Your order is ready! Come get it at The Hockey Shop.
