Made-to-Order Process

All items are custom-made and added to our production queue once your order is placed. 

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within two weeks of being placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Please review our [policies page] for full details.

Delivery

All Yale orders during this ordering period will be delivered to the Summit Centre on September 8th and handed out to all the players on the first day of school. 

 

***Puffer jackets are mandatory items to purchase if you do not have one from last season.***

***The remaining items are optional items for players and families to purchase.  Since the players will be wearing shirts and shorts on a regular basis, it is recommended to purchase a set of those items in addition to the ones that they receive as part of the player package.***
