The Online Team Stores will open on February 20th and remain open until February 27th at 11:59pm.
The approximate completion time for all Surrey Stingrays order is the week of March 25th or earlier.

Made-to-Order Process
All items are custom-made and added to our production queue once your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Busy Season Delays
From September through December, high volumes may lead to longer turnaround times. Your patience during this period is appreciated.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within two weeks of the original purchase date. Please note that once your apparel has entered production and decoration has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Please review our [policies page] for full details.
Production Timelines
Standard Apparel Orders
Estimated production time is 5–6 weeks. If any delays occur, we’ll notify you by phone or email. You can also check our “Online Order Information” page for updates.
Sublimated Items (Jerseys, Pant Shells, Socks, Shirts)
Estimated production time is 6–7 weeks from the order date.
