The Online Team Stores will open on August 23rd and remain open until December 6th.
The stores will reopen on January 10th , with a final closing date of January 31st.
Christmas Order Deadline:
To guarantee your order is completed in time for Christmas, orders must be placed during Period #5 (October 25th – November 14th).
Any orders placed after November 14th will not be eligible for Christmas delivery or pickup. Due to production timelines and holiday closures, we will not be accepting any further orders for Christmas completion after this date.
Holiday Closure:
Please note that our production department will be closed for the Christmas break from December 6th through January 9th. Orders placed during this time will be processed once production resumes.
Important Ordering Information
Made-to-Order Process:
All items are custom-made and added to our production queue once the deadline closes. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.
Busy Season Delays:
From September through December, high volumes may lead to longer turnaround times. Your patience during this period is appreciated.
Cancellations:
Orders may only be canceled within two weeks of being placed. No exceptions.
Returns & Exchanges:
We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Production Timelines
Standard Apparel Orders:
Production timelines are based on the online store ordering period in which your order is placed. Please refer to the order schedule posted above for estimated completion dates. If any delays occur, we will notify you by phone or email.
Sublimated Items (Jerseys, Pant Shells, Socks, Shirts):
Estimated production time is 6–7 weeks from the order date.
