The (TEAM) Team Store is open for product purchases starting (DATE). The store will close after (TIME & DATE), after which (TEAM) products will no longer be available for purchase.

 

Important Ordering Information

Made-to-Order Process: All orders are custom-made and enter a production queue upon placement. The queue length determines processing time.

Busy Season Delays: From September to December, increased order volumes may result in longer processing times.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled two weeks after placement.

Returns & Exchanges: Only accepted for incorrect or damaged items. Please review our [policies page] to confirm eligibility.

 

Production Timelines

All Orders: Estimated completion time is 5–6 weeks. If delays occur, we will notify you via phone or email. For up-to-date timelines, visit our “Online Order Information” page above.

Sublimated Items (Jerseys, Pant Shells, Socks, Shirts): Estimated completion time is 6–7 weeks from order placement.
