Please be aware of the following:

• All orders are made-to-order, so they enter a production queue once placed. The length of this queue determines the speed at which your order is processed.
• Increased order volumes, particularly during our busy season from September to December, can lead to longer processing times.
• Cancellations will not be accepted two weeks after the order placement date.
• Returns will only be accepted if the product is incorrect or damaged.

The estimated completion time for your custom team order is approximately four to five weeks. If your order requires additional time, we will notify you via phone or email with an updated timeframe.

Please note that if your order includes any sublimated items such as jerseys, pant shells, socks, or shirts, the estimated time for completion is 6-7 weeks from the date of order placement.
