All orders have an approximate completion time for the week of September 13th.

Important Ordering Information

Made-to-Order Process:

All items are custom-made and added to our production queue once the deadline closes. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Busy Season Delays:

From September through December, high volumes may lead to longer turnaround times. Your patience during this period is appreciated.

Cancellations:

Orders may only be canceled within two weeks of being placed. No exceptions.

Returns & Exchanges:

We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

 

Production Timelines

Standard Apparel Orders:

Production timelines are based on the online store ordering period in which your order is placed. Please refer to the order schedule posted above for estimated completion dates. If any delays occur, we will notify you by phone or email.

Sublimated Items (Jerseys, Pant Shells, Socks, Shirts):

Estimated production time is 6–7 weeks from the order date.
