• Clearance Items – Ready in 1-2 weeks (premade and available for quick pickup).
• Regular Items – Custom orders take 4-5 weeks for production.

• Cancellations will not be accepted two weeks after the order placement date.
• Returns are only accepted if the product is incorrect or damaged.
• Clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return.
