Important Information - Please Read! 

Please include your child’s full name and team in the customer notes section at checkout. This information is required so we can correctly sort orders by team for manager pickup.

If your order is not being picked up with the team (for example, orders not associated with a player), please clearly note this in the customer notes or send us an email. Indicate whether you would like the order picked up separately or shipped (shipping must be selected and paid for at checkout).

Orders without clear notes may be grouped with team orders by default, or you will be contacted via email or phone. 


Dates and Approximate Completion Time

The Online Team Stores will open on January 10th and remain open until January 24th at 9:00am.

The approximate completion time for all orders placed during this window is the week of March 8th.


Made-to-Order Process

All items are custom-made and added to our production queue once your order is placed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within two weeks of being placed.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items. Please review our [policies page] for full details.
