Sizing samples for all apparel is available to try on at The Hockey Shop.
We are unable to check on the completion level of your order prior to the estimated completion deadline.
We batch orders with others from your group or association to be able to give you our Team Exclusive Pricing. Below are the dates and deadlines that our team follows to process the online custom orders. Our completion dates vary based on the time of year.
You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup or ready to ship out. Within British Columbia, orders are delivered to their destination within 1 to 2 business days. We ship via UPS and Purolator. **Timelines can fluctuate based on the time of year. We have no control over packages once they are received by our shipping partners.

Team orders (6+ of the same style) are dealt with separately and depending on availability they may have a quicker turnaround time.
Need to make a change?
If you have ordered an incorrect size, let us know right away. If we haven’t processed your order yet, we can make the necessary changes.
If your order is further along in our production queue, our Sales team will do our best to ensure you are looked after.
