The online stores will open on April 22nd and remain open until May 6th. The final opportunity to place orders before the online store closes will be May 5thth at 11:59PM.

Important Ordering Information

Made-to-Order Process: All orders are custom-made and enter a production queue upon placement. The queue length determines processing time.

Busy Season Delays: From September to December, increased order volumes may result in longer processing times.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled two weeks after placement.

Returns & Exchanges: Only accepted for incorrect or damaged items. Please review our [policies page] to confirm eligibility.

Production Timelines

All Orders: Estimated completion time is 4-5 weeks. All SHA orders approximate completion date is the week of May 25th. If delays occur, we will notify you via phone or email.
