The online stores will open on August 24th and remain open until November 15th.
To guarantee delivery before the Christmas break, orders must be placed by November 14th at 11:59 PM.
After the holidays, all winter association online stores will reopen on January 11th and remain open until February 7th. This will be the final ordering window until stores reopen in the fall.
Important Ordering Information
Made-to-Order Process:
All items are custom-made and enter a production queue as soon as your order is placed. Processing time depends on the current volume in the queue.
Busy Season Delays:
From September through December, high order volumes may result in longer processing times.
Cancellations:
Orders cannot be canceled more than two weeks after being placed.
Returns & Exchanges:
Accepted only for incorrect or damaged items. Please review our [policies page] to confirm eligibility.
Production Timelines
Standard Orders:
Estimated completion time is 5–6 weeks. If delays occur, you will be notified by phone or email. For current updates, visit our “Online Order Information” page.
Sublimated Items (Jerseys, Pant Shells, Socks, Shirts):
Estimated completion time is 6–7 weeks from the date of order.
