The online stores will open on August 17th and remain open until November 15th. The final opportunity to place orders before the Christmas break is November 14th by 11:59 PM.

After the New Year, all winter association online stores will reopen on January 11th and remain open until February 7th, which will be the final closing date until the fall.

Important Ordering Information

Made-to-Order Process: All orders are custom-made and enter a production queue upon placement. The queue length determines processing time.

Busy Season Delays: From September to December, increased order volumes may result in longer processing times.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled two weeks after placement.

Returns & Exchanges: Only accepted for incorrect or damaged items. Please review our [policies page] to confirm eligibility.

Production Timelines

All Orders: Estimated completion time is 5–6 weeks. If delays occur, we will notify you via phone or email. For up-to-date timelines, visit our “Online Order Information” page above.

Sublimated Items (Jerseys, Pant Shells, Socks, Shirts): Estimated completion time is 6–7 weeks from order placement.
